Masters of Design - Icons of Style

From 2 October until 10 January, SQUADRA presents the remarkable exhibition Masters of Design – Icons of Style, where the worlds of automotive design, architecture and industrial design come together in a unique and inspiring way.

The exhibition brings together iconic creations from the period 1960 to 1980, focusing not only on the objects themselves, but above all on the visionary designers behind them. Cars are presented as the personal signatures of influential designers, with their shapes and character entering into a dialogue with iconic furniture pieces and design objects from the same era.

For this exhibition, SQUADRA collaborates with Yves Chung of Pellegrini Design, known from the television programme Stukken van Mensen. He has provided a carefully curated selection of exceptional design pieces that perfectly complement the vehicles and the story behind the exhibition.

The result is a unique and immersive experience in which cars, interiors and design come together to tell one coherent cultural story. Masters of Design – Icons of Style invites visitors to discover how design, innovation and creativity connect different disciplines, and how the designers of that era continue to influence the world of today.
