However, we do prefer electronic payments. Is there a cloakroom?Yes, there is a cloakroom available. Please note: it is unattended and there are no lockers. Use is at your own risk. The management cannot be held liable for loss or theft. Can I join a guided tour? We offer guided tours for groups of up to 20 people. The price is €75 per tour. Requests can be submitted by email at Am I allowed to film or take photos?Absolutely! Taking photos and videos for private use is allowed in all exhibition areas. Flash and tripods are also permitted, as long as you do not disturb other visitors. Don’t forget to tag us if you share anything on social media. Can I rent spaces or organise an event?Yes, you can. The atrium (central square), the Carlo Caffè, and the meeting room are available for hire. Perfect for receptions, meetings, or other events in a unique setting full of automotive history. When can I visit the museum?Squadra is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 17:00. Always check our homepage before your visit for any exceptional closure days. How long does a visit take?That depends on your interest, many visitors like to stay a bit longer or unwind afterwards in the Carlo Caffè. Is there parking at the museum? Are there charging stations and accessible parking?Yes, all is provided! You can park for free at the museum. There is also a charging point for electric vehicles and a designated parking space for disabled visitors. Is there a group rate and how many people does it apply to?Yes. Groups of at least 15 people benefit from a special group rate of 15 euros per person. Is the museum accessible for wheelchair users?Yes, the museum is wheelchair accessible. Our 9 exhibition floors are on different levels and are reachable via two lifts. This may alter the order of your visit slightly, but the experience remains fully intact. Are dogs allowed?Yes, well-behaved dogs on a lead are welcome.
