Lo Stadio LIVE at Squadra AbarthLo Stadio is coming to Belgio! For nine seasons, Lo Stadio has been the go-to Dutch-language podcast covering Serie A football in Belgium and the Netherlands. You may know hosts Willem, Wes and Boudewijn through the Lo Stadio channels or the Friends of Sports podcast platform. Together with special guest Filip Joos, we will welcome you to the Squadra Museum in centrally located Lier, surrounded by more than 175 Italian classic cars and a wealth of vintage Italian football shirts. If you have some time to spare afterwards, you can also join us for dinner.
Il Divin Codino XL and Lo Stadio XL with Filip JoosWe will be recording two podcasts during the event. We will kick off with an XL episode of Il Divin Codino with Filip Joos. After a short break, we will also record a Lo Stadio XL together, taking stock of the first part of the season. Are the title contenders living up to their billing as favourites? Who has surprised us, and who has disappointed? Joos will join our regular hosts as another well-known ‘local’ Serie A expert. Lo Stadio scarves and a Vintage MarketYou cannot drive away in one of Squadra’s cars, but you might go home with a vintage shirt. Admire more than 175 Italian classic carsBefore the podcast begins, your ticket allows you to explore the museum (until 17:00 at the latest). When we talk about Serie A, we often look back at its glory days and the greatest stars of all time. At Squadra, you will find the Maldinis, Del Pieros and Vieris of the Italian classic car world. Getting on a bit, perhaps, but still the most beautiful of them all. Make sure you arrive early, as there is plenty to see. The stunning building, inspired by Fiat’s Lingotto building in Turin, also makes this a unique setting. Lo Stadio dinnerWhat could be more Italian than rounding off the day around the table together? After your museum visit and the main event, Lo Stadio LIVE, anyone who wishes can stay for dinner at the venue. Advance booking is required.
